(English version lower) Autorisation de Diffusion d’Images et Vidéos J'autorise par la présente Stallions Football ainsi que ses représentants, ayants droit, successeurs et affiliés, à utiliser, reproduire, publier, distribuer et afficher les photographies et/ou vidéos me représentant, ou représentant mon enfant, prises lors des activités de football pour la jeunesse. J'accepte que ces images et vidéos pourront être utilisées sur les réseaux sociaux, sur le site web de l'organisation, ainsi que dans toute publicité ou signalisation relative aux événements et activités de Stallions Football. Je reconnais que cette autorisation est accordée à titre gratuit, sans aucune rémunération présente ou future, et que je renonce à tout droit de regard sur l'utilisation, la modification, l'édition ou la diffusion desdites images et vidéos. Par la présente, je décharge Stallions Football et ses représentants de toute responsabilité relative à l'utilisation de ces images et/ou vidéos, y compris toute réclamation liée à une atteinte à la vie privée ou à une utilisation inappropriée. Je certifie avoir lu et compris les termes de cette autorisation et y consentir de manière volontaire. Si le participant est mineur, je confirme détenir l'autorité nécessaire en tant que parent ou tuteur légal pour accorder ce consentement. I hereby grant permission to Stallions Football and its representatives, successors, and assigns to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display photographs and/or videos taken of me or my child during youth football activities. I understand that these images and videos may be used on social media platforms, on the organization’s website, and in any advertising or event signage related to Stallions Football. I acknowledge that this permission is granted free of charge, and I will not receive any compensation now or in the future for the use of these images or videos. I further waive any right to review or approve the final product, including any modifications, edits, or uses of these images and/or videos. I hereby release Stallions Football and its representatives from any liability arising from the use of these images and/or videos, including any claims related to invasion of privacy or misuse. I certify that I have read and fully understand the terms of this release and consent voluntarily. If the participant is a minor, I confirm that I have the necessary authority as a parent or legal guardian to grant this consent on the minor’s behalf.
