SL-FFX FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE 

The SL-FFX Flag Football League (Flag Football eXpérience of Vaudreuil-Soulanges) is a division of the non-profit St-Lazare Football Association.
Our mission is to provide youth across Vaudreuil-Soulanges with a dynamic, inclusive, and safe environment where they can thrive through sport. SL-FFX promotes
physical skill development, self-confidence, teamwork — and above all, the motivation to push beyond their limits, both on and off the field.
Every player is encouraged to grow, believe in their potential, and play with pride in a setting built on respect, commitment, and leadership.

LFMM - FLAG FOOTBALL DIVISION

The St‑Lazare Stallions Join the LFMM Flag Football Division

The St‑Lazare Stallions are proud to announce that they are now officially part of the Flag Football de la LFMM, expanding their program and offering even more opportunities for young athletes to compete, grow, and excel.

According to the Stallions’ Flag Football program details, the organization now participates in the LFMM Flag – Spring Division, which features four mixed levels (10M, 12M, 14M, 17M) within the LFMM structure.

For 2026, the league will offer 5-on-5 flag football in the following four mixed categories:

  • 10 years & under (born 2017-2016)

  • 12 years & under (born 2015-2014)

  • 14 years & under (born 2013-2012)

  • 17 years & under (born 2011-2009)

Both seasons will have  one game per week, held on Sundays for 8 weeks. Each game will consist of two 20-minute halves followed by a championship.Teams will also have a 60-minute practice every week (wednesday or friday depending on level)  to build skills, teamwork, and game readiness.

A women's league (girls only) designed to empower athletes in a positive and energetic environment — perfect for building confidence, teamwork and a love of sport.

 

Division Flag SL-FFX Summer:

exclusively for four FEMALE categories:

U10, U12, U14 and U17


- One 60-minute practice session per week (Wednesday or Friday depending on the level).  

- One match per week, every Sunday. Each match will consist of two 20-minute halves, for a total of 8 regular season matches, followed by an end-of-season championship.
