On June 12, the Saint-Lazare Stallions Atom team had the incredible opportunity to take the field at Percival Molson Memorial Stadium before the Montreal Alouettes faced the Toronto Argonauts.
For many of our young players, it was their first time visiting a professional football stadium and a chance to experience the excitement and atmosphere of a Canadian Football League game up close.
A Mini-Game in Front of Thousands of Fans
Before kickoff, our Stallions participated in a special mini-game featuring Team Burgundy versus Team White.
Both teams showcased the hard work they have put in since the start of the season. With Alouettes fans cheering from the stands, the players ran, caught passes, made great defensive plays, and most importantly, had fun throughout the game.
The energy on the field was contagious, and smiles could be seen from one end of the stadium to the other.
Playing Where the Pros Play
Few young athletes get the chance to experience something like this. Stepping onto the same field as professional players, hearing the crowd cheer, and feeling the excitement of a major sporting event is something these players will remember for years to come.
Moments like these inspire young athletes to keep working hard, develop their passion for football, and dream big.
An Exciting Alouettes Victory
Following the Stallions mini-game, players and families settled into the stands to enjoy an exciting matchup between the Montreal Alouettes and the Toronto Argonauts.
The Alouettes delivered a thrilling performance, defeating the Argonauts by a score of 37–30.
The Stallions section brought plenty of energy throughout the evening, cheering loudly for the home team and celebrating every big play.
A Community Effort
An experience like this would not be possible without the support of many dedicated people and organizations.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to:
The Montreal Alouettes for providing this incredible opportunity;
The Saint-Lazare Stallions Football Association;
Our dedicated coaches and volunteers;
The parents and families who participated in the event;
Everyone who helped make this evening such a memorable success.
Memories That Will Last a Lifetime
Football is about much more than wins and losses. It builds confidence, creates friendships, and provides experiences that young athletes will carry with them for years to come.
June 12, 2026, will undoubtedly remain a special date in the history of our Atom team and in the hearts of our young Stallions.
