Saint-Lazare Stallions Combine Brings Energy, Competition, and Community Together

The Saint-Lazare Stallions Football Association Combine on May 17th was an incredible day filled with energy, teamwork, and excitement as players from across the community came together to prepare for the upcoming football season.

Held at Westwood Junior High School, the combine welcomed athletes aged 6–17 from both flag and tackle programs. Under sunny skies and perfect spring weather, players spent the day testing their skills, competing in drills, and building confidence alongside teammates and coaches.

A special thank you goes to Adrian and the Athletic Academy for partnering with the Stallions and helping deliver a high-quality combine experience for all participants. From speed and agility testing to football-specific drills and athletic development, the day gave players the opportunity to challenge themselves while learning in a positive and supportive environment.

The atmosphere throughout the event reflected what the Stallions organization is all about — community, development, and passion for the game. Coaches encouraged players every step of the way, families filled the sidelines with support, and athletes brought great attitudes and high spirits from start to finish.

For many younger players, the combine was their first introduction to organized football, while returning athletes had the chance to sharpen their skills ahead of the 2026 season. Regardless of experience level, every player left the field having gained confidence, experience, and memories with teammates.

The Stallions would also like to thank all of the volunteers, coaches, and families who helped make the event run smoothly. Events like the combine continue to strengthen football in Saint-Lazare and help grow the next generation of athletes in our community.

The energy on the field made one thing clear — the 2026 season cannot come soon enough.
